In lieu of Justin Bieber's DUI arrest nearly two weeks ago, the singer has decided to lessen his legal load by resolving a lawsuit brought on by ex-bodyguard Moshe Benabou.
In early January, the protector of Bieberoni sued for assault and battery stemming from an incident at a concert in October 2012…
AND claimed overtime wages were owed by the performer's touring company!
A trial was scheduled for February 18 in El Lay, but both parties filed papers late last week to dismiss the case!
We don't know the details of the deal, but Justin's attorney Howard Weitzman, revealed:
"The matter has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties."
Wonder how much it cost the pop star to make this drama disappear!
